Great leader required
As a key leader within the School, you will be integral in supporting and inspiring colleagues and engaging with parents and the wider community to actively promote a culture of care and excellence. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting directly to the Principal, the Head of Primary Years will provide strategic leadership and operational management for their team in alignment with the school’s strategic plan, vision and mission. This is a full-time position commencing at the start of Term 2 or by negotiation.
You will be an experienced and dedicated leader who is committed to your own personal and professional development. You will continue to seek out opportunities to learn from and network with colleagues in other independent schools and have a vision for excellence in all that you do that inspires others. You will be highly relational and understand the importance of positive relationships and culture in a Christian school setting, willing to work in a collaborative and supportive whole-school team.
You will ideally have post-graduate qualifications in Education or Educational Leadership (or similar) or be prepared to pursue studies by mutual negotiation.
